This could be a fantastic property, and I think it was in the past but unfortunately, it’s been unloved for a long long time I would say that some of the photos are from several years ago The outside area is very overgrown and neglected, weeds in the cracking patio, trees so overgrown you can’t see the views and more importantly they block the sun out for most of the day You do get sun around 1pm (mid-August) then it becomes shade around 3pm.
