Die freistehende neu erbaute 2-Zimmer Villa liegt ohne unmittelbare Nachbarschaft ruhig mitten in der Urbanisation mit herrlichem Blick auf den schönen Pool und das Meer und bietet absolute Privatsphäre. Die Villa ist aufgrund gut angebrachter Hinweisschilder problemlos zu finden. "Our week in Ioannis’ beautiful villa went beyond our expectations and more. We were two families of 4 adults & 6 teenagers. Villa is extremely comfortable and spacious, modernist design, beautifully furnished and the kitchen is so well equipped. Ioannis was always at the end of a phone, very attentive and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We don’t want to leave this stylish corner of Kefalonian heaven."

"Having just spent a week at the villa, I cannot give the property and owner enough praise. This was a trip for my 40th Birthday and it was perfect. Labros arrived with a cake on my birthday and delivered us home made pastry’s which were his mothers recipe. The villa is amazing, spacious, beautiful and with everything you could need. The outdoor grill area and pool are particularly good for entertaining. The local area has amazing beaches, and a good selection of quality restaurants. Labros...
