The staff were very helpful, although we had to check in late, the self-check-in process is very easy to navigate, and we feel very comfortable even having to check in on our own, as the process is smooth. The rooms are comfortable, almost luxurious….the breakfast buffet is amazing, they have a nice spa/sauna, and a reasonable (albeit just essentials) gym. The neighborhood is quiet, so no noise, and easy walking distance to parts of Cologne. Note: the front desk is rarely staffed, which is a key gap in case of emergency needs or scheduling changes."
