"This historic property was as spectacular to see as it was an impressive and comfortable stay. The staff was very professional and courteous. Conveniently located steps from train station and Cologne Cathedral. Highly recommended!"

"Excellent single room, did not feel too small. Balcony had stunning views over the cathedral! Excellent location right behind the cathedral, a few minutes walk to the main train station (only 20-ish minutes direct from airport), and breakfast had both a continental and a cooked option. Brilliant for a weekend city break. Staff had a good sense of humour!"

"For the cheap price it had everything I needed. The bed wasn’t top quality and it was a bit chilly in the room but for the 8 hours I was there it worked. The pillow was mediocre but propped it up with some clothes and was fine. The shower was hot and had fabulous water pressure. Love the big shelf in the bathroom to hold things."

"The hotel was quaint, and the staff was very friendly, welcoming, and informative. Our room was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. We stayed on the top floor, and the breathtaking view of the cathedral made our stay even more special. We had a wonderful experience and would happily recommend this hotel!"

"About a 15 minute walk to the Dom Cathedral and close to the train station. Lots of bars and restaurants around. Rooms are small but normal for Europe. No Kleenex and no changing of our water glasses. Breakfast good."
