De Belles Vacances
Maison très bien située entre la pointe et l Herbe. Située dans une impasse l endroit est calme sans vis à vis. Nous étions 7 adultes 4 enfants et 3 chiens. Nous avons apprécié la belle terrasse pour prendre nos différents repas. Échange fluide avec propriétaire Que nous remercions pour sa disponibilité.

Bien équipé mais vieillot
La maison est propre et bien équipée. Le jardin autour fait le bonheur des enfants. Plutot bien située pas loin du port de la Vigne. En revanche, nous avons trouvé la maison un peu sombre, la décoration intérieure est minimaliste et les salles de bain datent.

Une maison agréable et bien équipée
La maison est idéalement bien placée et nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille. La cuisine est bien équipée et nous avons dîné à 10 sans soucis. Un beau séjour, une très bonne isolation des chambres... cette maison est parfaite. Pour parfaire le week-end, nous avons fait le tour du bassin en pinasse..un grand moment.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison entre Bassin et Atlantique. Proche du centre ville et des commerces, proche du débarcadère pour aller sur Arcachon, proche aussi du centre ostréicole, et des loueurs de vélos (Gyro Cap), c'était parfait. La maison est grande et spacieuse. Nous étions 10 : un coin enfants avec dortoir et salle de douche et un coin parents avec salle de bain, le tout séparé par le salon. Nous avons profité de la cheminée mais nous pouvions nous en passer : la maison est très bien chauffée. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et il ne manque rien : four, micro ondes, plaques, lave vaisselle, réfrigérateur + 1 dans le garage attenant. Nombreux balcons. Maison calme (puisque dans une impasse) et sans vis-à-vis. La propriétaire, Mme Saunier, est charmante et arrangeante. Une belle découverte que les photos Abritel ne mettent pas assez en valeur !

Maison agréable dans l'ensemble, spacieuse et bien située, proche de la plage de la Torchère. Terrasse sud très agréable. Confort de la literie irrégulier. Pas d'état des lieux prévu à l'arrivée ; la propreté laissait à désirer à notre arrivée, malgré le règlement du forfait ménage, ce dont nous avons fait part à la propriétaire (en particulier dans la cuisine : miettes, détritus dans lave-vaisselle non vidé, ustensiles sales, portes vitrées du séjour sales).... Attitude surprenante de sa part : nous a demandé de partir avant l'heure prévue (avant 10h au lieu de 13h mentionné sur l'annonce) pour faire elle-même le ménage des occupants suivants, et nous a à peine salués à notre départ. Etant donné le coût de notre location, nous aurions apprécié rentrer dans une maison propre et que la propriétaire se montre plus compréhensive.
