The staff and guests are all lovely friendly. And very helpful. Nice and quiet place to stay. Food in hotel restuarant nice and resonably priced. Close to lots of good restuarants and shopping. Easy to get around. Short walk to beach . Will be going back to Kasnadi Hotel had the best relaxing time there. Also wayan and ketut do great massages at the hotel pool side.

Very nice staff and the renovated rooms are also great! Prices are also fantastic. I’ll be back again and I don’t often say that about places in Bali. It was actually better than the pictures. Only slight issues was the kitchen was understaffed and it took 1.5hrs to get dinner one night. Every other night we got the food within 30 minutes. Not an issue! Will book this place again and tell all my friends.

After our first night, we requested a room change because the initial room was very dirty. We were moved to a better room, but it was still not properly cleaned. The rooms could benefit from a deep cleaning, and the hotel should consider using bleach and stain remover for the sheets. On a positive note, the hotel staff were very friendly and always eager to assist.

After booking and paying in advanced a particular room when I stayed in July 24 for my Nov 24 holiday I arrived after an 18hr flight to be told my room was taken. After speaking to the manager over the phone and telling him I was going to post pictures of the room they had given me for the first night on Bali bogans and cancel my booking was the mistake rectified. Once we received the original room that was booked everything was ok. Small hotel, warm pool and basic breakfast. Stayed twice and won’t stay again.

Bath needs upgrading but I don't regret my stay

The grounds, pool, lobby, and exterior of the hotel are great. The room was great too, with a comfortable bed. The staff were all super friendly. And the cleaner even noticed that I was drinking more water than the two they left daily, and started leaving three. The problem was the bathroom. The outdoor shower ended in just a 1/2" PVC pipe with no shower head. And the bath was an old plastic one that looked decades beyond its useful life. And the faucets had corrosion. To be fair, I stayed one night of my week-long stay in another room with a more newly updated bathroom, so only some rooms have a bath needing updating. But even with my bath that was too long past its useful life, I'd stay in the same room again. Because the staff and the rest of the place was so nice. And the balcony overlooking the pool with a small table and two chairs was a nice touch.
