The staff are nice, the property was not. The photo has been photo shop or they were taken when the property was brand new. Very misleading. Cleaness is 2 out of 10.

I booked this property last minute because the hotel I was at previously was horrendous. Everyone was very nice & helpful. The room seemed clean. HOWEVER, when I woke up, there were ants all over my bed and on me. There were HUNDREDS of them. I’m not sure why they showed up because I didn’t have any food in the room. They were also ALL over my luggage. The worse part was when I discovered them in my under garment bag. It was disgusting. Also the room smelled like cigarettes throughout the night.

it will not allow me to post pictures of just how filthy this room was.. first room was full of ants.. yes it's tropical but at least spray once in while. 2nd room was so grossly filthy mold in the shower was the worst i have ever seen in my travels .. we left and did not stay. lesson learned.

Not clean (sheet smelled like piss), had to ask for a change. No towels and toilet paper, had to ask. Floor not so clean, thick black hair everywhere (I'm blonde so not mine) Room was pretty big, and quiet.

새벽 1시 비행기를 타기 전 샤워와 잠깐 머무를 숙소로 골랐습니다. 바선생 봤다는 후기가 있어서 좀 무서웠는데 다행히 저 있을때 나오진않았지만 공항가기 전 호텔 입구에서 택시 기다리면서 봤습니다 ,,,, 그리고 방 안에 냉장고가 없고 세면대 물이 잘 안내려가서 그냥 저 처럼 잠깐 짐이랑 샤워떄문에 머무시는거면 괜찮은데 숙박하기엔 좋을거같진않아요 위치는 좋습니다. 나가면 식당들과 상점들이 많아서 공항가기전 마지막까지 돌아다니기 좋았습니다.

I know that sometimes other travelers have different experiences, but I seriously think people have to think about what they paid for before putting up negative reviews. We were greeted by helpful staff and the room had everything we needed for the time we were there. No one could argue about the location... it’s right in the middle of the main part of Legian. If you want a view, book a room with a garden or ocean view in a hotel that has one and pay for that privilege. Don’t expect a window overseeing anything exciting from the middle of a main road!
