Hotel is ok staff are lovely and the breakfast is nice enough. The pool wasn’t great, infact I came to Chill and relax for a few days by the pool and ended up having to go elseware. The rooms were clean enough but again just not as great as they looked in the pictures. If you have lots planned and are only sleeping there it’s perfect. Great location and price and the staff are lovely. However if you are looking to spend your time chilled in a nice hotel then I would look elseware.

The hotel is in a great location but next time I would have a deluxe room the standard room does not have a kettle. Our room was alright and was clean. Breakfast not the best very standard.

Never Again..

I have stayed at many hotels in Bali and this hotel would be the most unfriendlist hotel I have ever been to. There wasn't one staff member who even had a smile on there face.The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and very noisey from the bar down stairs..Had breakfast the first day and was not impressed with the food and staff so went out for breakfast the next 2 days..The only good thing about the Hotel is the location...This is one hotel I will never stay at again and will tell all my friends too..

Gutes Hotel für allein reisende oder Paare

Ich war das dritte mal in Bali und hatte auch Glück mit dem Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, jeden Tag gibt es neue Handtücher und es wird gewischt. Es gibt kein Morgen Buffet aber man kann Verschiedene morgen Menüs auswählen. Super gelegener Ort zum Beach zu gehen oder Shopping. Viele gute und günstige Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wenn man mit wenig zu Frieden ist dann ist das Hotel das richtige.

Close to all of the places we like to go to.

Room clean and comfortable, would like to have been further down as we were too close to the dining area and the noise from there early in the morning was a pain if you wanted to sleep in.

安い割には快適なホテル

ホテルの立地は悪くない。レギャンにもスミニャックにも行きやすく、ビーチも近い。ホテルの従業員は結構日本語が話せるので、英語が苦手な人には良いと思う。プールは朝9時から夜10時まで開いていて綺麗。プールバーでは確か夕方4時から7時までがハッピーアワー、ビールが安い。朝食はパンと卵のコンチネンタル式か、ナシゴレン、ミーゴレンが選べて、普通に美味しいと思う。部屋の掃除とベッドメイクは少し雑。でも、値段を考えれば、安い割にはよいホテルだと思う。

Photos can lie

Room was tiny and very hot, air con didn't work properly. The swim up bar was dirty , unmanned and not at all inviting as shown on hotel website, tiles missing from seats at bar . The room was sold to me with the inclusion of buffet breakfast, which I paid a bit extra for the inclusion , there was no such thing as a buffet breakfast, however I was served a cold disgusting coffee and was offered 2 fried eggs on toast ( so much for buffet ) . After 10 or 15 mins I asked where my breakfast was as I was the only one in the so called restaurant and got told that the eggs hadn't been delivered yet but they should be here soon. I cancelled my order and walked to another hotel behind this one , where I paid $12 aud for a magnificent , amazing all you can eat buffet breakfast which was sensational , I returned here each day for the remainder of my trip for my breakfast . I will never recommend this 'hotel' to anybody. The rooms have no fridges either . Greatly disappointed and it dampened the mood of the holiday right from the minute we got there as I paid with Australian $50 notes and had to wait for 15 minutes while they checked to see if they were real notes or not ! They didn't check in front of me though, instead they took the notes to the office behind reception where I could not see who had or what was happening with my money !!! I could spend hours writing this review to ensure I get everything in it but I'm sure you all get a fair idea by what I've written .
