"Howler Hideaway The Howler Hideaway was the perfect condo for our family of 4. The place was clean and super spacious and located perfectly in between downtown Quepos and the touristic part of town. "We love our stay at this jungle house. Location is great. The house was spacious and we wish we had more time to enjoy the pool in the backyard but we spent our days exploring the area. Nice hot showers and very effective A/C. Very handy to have a washer and dryer to do some laundry. The real highlight was the wildlife in the backyard. "Our whole family loved the house and location. It was voted the best part of our 3-week trip across Costa Rica. Our kids loved the morning backyard visits from the large troops of squirrel or capuchin monkeys. Dennis (the property manager) was great with recommendations and also helped us book a half-day fishing trip, where the kids caught a tuna that kept us in fish for the week. Susan, the concierge, was really helpful, and Chef Renzo prepared incredible meals. The house was clean and comfortable throughout our stay; even with it being open air the housekeeper kept it spotless. The area felt safe, and it was convenient to get into town.
