The owners live next door and were on hand for anything we might need, but we didn't see or hear them unless we needed to. They were the perfect hosts. It was a great location for our extended family getaway. The pool was perfect and provided good shade for the children. "Gorgeous property. All the charm of a French house with clean & modern facilities. Pool was perfect with the most stunning views. Supermarket a short drive and bakery across the road (although sadly closed for our stay). Extremely friendly & helpful hosts. Can't recommend highly enough! "

"The accomodations is arranged over 4 floors with the kitchen and sitting room on the ground level. The bedrooms and bathrooms were situated on the next 3 floors. As we were 3 couples and a baby we were lucky enough to have a floor each which was perfect. The kitchen was very well equiped, coffee machine, ice maker, and a full array of utensils, cooking facilities and crockery should you need. "The property is excellent throughout: comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. The garden, with different seating spots depending on the sun's position and strength, is also extensive. I loved the area too, local towns Brantome & Nontron, the Perigord- Limousin Regional Park and the plus beau village of St Jean de Cole. I should hope to return!"

Hôtel Le RELAX

10/10 Excellent

"Brief overnight stay going from north to south of france. The private parking was nice, the pool was nice (for the kids, I didn't go down), the extra seating looked nice, but I didn't utilize it. The rooms, while weren't 5 star, were perfectly nice and clean. The only reason i gave it 4 stars for cleanliness was the carpet on the stairs. That should def be replaced. The owners were lovely and helpful. And the town turned out to be great as well."
