It has everything you need and the owner is friendly and respons quick if you have questions. The location is also great. In a few minutes you’re in the center with all shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is not very special but ok. From the balcony you see the trains passing by. We would really recommend this place if you want to visit Hannover!"

"Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einem Vorort bei Hildesheim. Es ist wunderbar eingerichtet und hat einen großartigen Charme. Wir haben jede Minute genossen in dem liebevoll eingerichteten, großen und hellen Haus - danke, wir kommen gern wieder! "

"Das Objekt liegt etwas 500 m von Straßenbahnendhaltestelle entfernt. Die beauftragte Reinigungsfirma hat gut gesäubert. Leider ist das Grundstück in einem nicht so guten Zustand, da keinerlei Pflege erfolgt. Kontakt ist sehr freundlich. Die Küchenaustattung ist dürftig. Die Jalousie in einem Zimmer ließ sich nicht schließen (Das soll in der nächsten Woche behoben werden). Viele Schränke sind sehr reparaturbedürftig."
