"Well, first the front desk person didn't give us a key. So I had to walk all the way back to reception to get the key. Then we noticed that there was no electricity in the room, so I had to walk back again. They told us to switch rooms and gave us the key to the next place. The last thing was that the hair dryer didn't work. Staff wasn't very accommodating or sorry for the multiple inconveniences. Water park was amazing as usual and breakfast was delicious. "

"Beautiful hotel right at the train station. Our room was a work of art from top to bottom including a beautiful bathroom. We could not hear the train station. The staff was friendly and we got a free river trip by boat to explore the area. We also rented an all day canoe to explore Spreewald and its village by paddle. "Very friendly staff. Plenty of parking €3 per night. Fast electric car chargers 1 minute away. Very clean rooms and good beds and shower. Nice little bar in the foyer. Close to the motorway but far enough away so you don’t hear any traffic. "
