For example, the bed linens seemed worn and old, the bathroom (shower) smelled moldy, the trash wasn't taken out in the kitchen, and the bathroom towels smelled bad. "Beautiful hotel. Our room faced the promenade side of the lake and got the sun in the afternoon. Views were stunning, its a gorgeous place. Breakfast was excellent. Loads of variety, enough to keep you full until dinner. The private beach and allocated sunbeds for the duration was a particular highlight as was the beach bag you were given to use. Staff were nice, everything was clean and I really enjoyed it."

"Spacious accommodation with modern decor and lighting in the heart of Klagenfurt. Unfortunately, the bedding on one side of the double bed did not appear clean. One of the towels appeared soiled and the towel mat had clearly been used and left on the floor (the other towels were clean). The kitchen was well equipped, but the bin was full of rubbish and there was an open packet of sauce and a half drunk bottle of water left on the side. It's a shame. Otherwise, all was fine."
