Excellent night at this hotel with a warm welcome from Armit on arrival. The car park is under the hotel and quite tight to get in and out of. The room was a good size and had all the amenities. The dinner menu was quite limited but the food was nice. There is a good buffet breakfast too.

Incorrectly advertised breakfast time On their website. Mattress was so uncomfortable. They put a mattress topper on top of an old mattress with springs popping out. The room was clean and the staff were friendly.

Convenient for the Railway Station with very clean rooms. Comfortable Bed. Breakfast included but I didn't like the coffee. Table Football by the Lift was a welcome addition.

The staff are the best thing about this hotel. Every single person i encountered was super friendly and helpful.. going above and beyond to make me feel and my mum feel welcome. Room is reasonable with comfy mattress but pillows are terrible. Bring your own if you can. Bathroom door didn't close and main door didnt lock upon closure. We eventually got it to lock by swinging it wide open and letting it slam shut.. which I'm sure the neighbouring guests will have loved. We didn't have breakfast but it did look nice and value for money. We were lucky with parking and managed to get a spot on site with no issue when arriving after 6pm. So.paid £7 rather than the £17 it would have cost at a nearby carpark. I would definitely stay here again if just looking for a no frills room and somewhere to sleep.
