Place was very nice and well located. Some of the staff couldn’t be bothered helping to serve at bar. Breakfast was average plus. But…would stay here again in Leicester

We upgraded to a corner room which was great as the hotel was very busy. Everything worked well though the shower could be a bit bigger, and there was a plastic cover plate on the wall coming loose. The staff were friendly and helpful, they gave us some drinks because our room wasn’t quite ready on time. Good breakfast with a fresh pancake machine, plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from as we didn’t do dinner on site.

Check in was very good, the room was brilliant in a great location. The only downside was the breakfast, plates were cold, the cooked food was cold and the bread for toast was very stale.
