"the stay was very pleasant, with the room being spacious enough for 2 in a twin room. The beds were comfy, however there wasn't AC in the room, which made it quite stuffy and very warm, there were 2 upright fans in the room but were quite noisy to have on all night. Also, the carpet floor, especially under the edge of the beds was very grubby, with toe nail clippings still on the floor from presumably another guest. Outside of this, the hotel itself is very nice, the gym & swim facilities are very good, especially the pool & steam room, the changing area is also very clean and tidy. "

"Our stay with 3 children was amazing. The Queen bed room was very spacious, clean and quiet. The children couldn't stop gasping at how great the room was as well as the softness of the pillows and bed. Even though we only stayed for one night to attend a birthday parry in the hotel on the Friday, the experience was top notch and we would be back for sure. Also, great breakfast that's absolutely worthy of the additional price. There are great full English options. My children don't always enjoy hotel breakfast but they couldn't stop going for more as things like tje scrambled egg was a great noble meal. "
