"Clean spacious flat although it's on a very busy main road. We booked it because of the garden but it was unusable because it was totally overgrown so nowhere to sit or stand. Another point I would like to make is that for safety we think there should be a hand rail on the stairs as they are quite steep and there is nothing to hold on to. "Clean and tidy and had all I needed for my stay. Close to Morrisons which was useful and only a 15 min drive to where I was working. My flat was at the front overlooking the road which is a bit noisy during the day and evening so I had the front windows closed and it was quiet enough at night for me to sleep. The towels are ok but would prefer bath sheets or larger towels than those on offer. I will certainly look to using this place again as I frequently work on Canvey island."

"Considering the part of Southend the room was located in, it was a pleasant surprise to walk into a clean smelling room. Hosts were on hand should we need anything. Only downside was it was so warm and after a day or two you could smell the drains despite the cooler being on. Overall a lovely room with everything we needed and very clean and would definitely consider it again"

"What can I say about Frankie's Place other than that it is absolutely picture-perfect! It looks exactly like the photos on the site, if not even better when you see it in person.We only stayed for one night, as the property was already booked for the following night, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and a wonderful place to relax.I would definitely recommend Frankie's Place to my family and friends, and we would certainly love to come back...
