"We use this hotel a lot due to the fact that we are Easyjetplus members and Easyjet drop-off desks and literally at the door of the hotel. The hotel is always clean and friendly. Big benefit it that breakfast is included in the price (both early which is continental and also full English/Scottish/Irish fry up buffet.!!"

"Lobby and rooms: very good. Minus lack of coffee machine in the bedroom though, surprising for a Sofitel. But they provide free bottles of water in the bedroom. Elevators are so-so but nothing risky. The club sandwich at The Terrace restaurant : avoid. "

"Staff are exceptional, so personable and engaging. Phoned up to the room to check and make sure we had settled in okay. In conversation it came up that it’s my birthday this weekend and after I came back from dinner, they had brought up a complimentary dessert and card which was a nice touch. Highly recommend and will be staying again"
