"Problem with staff taking drinks orders and paying attention to customer. Spa over booked and cost to use. Overall hotel is a good stay but is a bit out of the way from Liverpool City Centre. "

"Staff were very helpful and friendly. My friend and I booked a twin room which was a very good price. Overall it was clean but there was no plug in the sink and no mattress protector on the beds. The room has a safe and a small fridge, but the biggest disappointment was the absence of a kettle and tea/coffee facilities. Maybe this is a generation thing, but it has put us of returning. We had a drink in the bar which was very nice and reasonably priced. I suppose you get what you pay for. "
