"The place is located in a quiet and peaceful area. It is only about 20 minutes from Hilo. The place is amazingly beautiful and spacious. It is filled with arts the owner collecting from traveling many places in the world. The house is fully equipped for both short-term and long-term stay. The garden is beautiful with many fruit trees to admire. Highly recommend for travelers/visitors looking for quietness, peace, and nature beauty."

"Very well equipped and clean house with an amazing view and pool. Super easy entry to well decorated house with the must stunning views and breeze off the water. The host was super friendly and even shared a live stream of the volcano erupting while we were there. Evening sunsets and AM sunrises to die for! Highly recommend. "

"We enjoyed our day and night of rest at this super charming place...the energy was so positive and it was just as described. The lanai area was so cozy, it made the perfect place to drink coffee, paint in the guest book and chat. The frogs sing a chorus for you at night (bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper), and the roosters roust you in the morning. We will be back! "

"Clearly the owner put a lot of thought into equipping this for travelers. The coffee station, especially, wowed my husband and was the best we've ever seen in a rental. The tub worked great. It was very clean, with no bugs seen (unusual for a HI rental—the place we stayed after this had Gregor Samsa for a roommate), and that's a testiment to how well it's kept. There's every cooking implement you could ever want, but if you plan to do much cooking, pick up some cooking spray/oil and favorite spices in outer Hilo on the way there. (Pro tip: the Sack N' Save and Foodland will give you the lower "locals" price if you only give them your phone number.)If you're there on Thursday afternoon, don't miss the Volcano Village market from 3-6pm—crafts, fresh vegetables, and ready-made food like pizza and tamales. Much thanks to site manager Rebecca for alerting us that the volcano had just started erupting on the morning of our departure. She didn't have to do that, but it really made our week."

The location was quiet and relaxing in the country (so much better than staying in town in Hilo), and it was near enough to the Volcano National Park which made for a great drive. The hosts are available if needed. It's a beautiful property with nicely landscaped grounds. The guest house is lovely, well maintained and very clean. It's highly recommended to stay here!"
