"Excellent hotel. Meals were very good. If you’re used to having a face cloth, bring your own. Apparently it’s the custom in almost all German hotels where we stayed, not to provide them. The location is automobile dependent, unless you’re up for a two mile walk. While at the hotel, service was excellent."

"Check-in funktioniert leider nicht wie geplant, auf die von Expedia empfohlene Kontaktaufnahme erfolgte keine Reaktion. Ab 16:00 soll der Check-in vor Ort möglich sein. Gegen 16:15 war niemand erreichbar, die ausgehĂ€ngte Telefonnummer wurde zwei Mal zu einem Anrufbeantworter weitergeleitet und der Call-Knopf am Tresor lief ins Leere. Im RĂŒckruf wĂŒrde mir erklĂ€rt, dass jemand im Gastraum ist, der war jedoch noch verschlossen. Danach erschien man dann doch zum Check-in"

"Großes Zimmer mit kleiner Terrasse und großzĂŒgigem Bad. Sehr zentral gelegen um zB zu Heidelberg Materials oder Heidelberg Precious Metals zu gelangen. Gute Anbindung ÖPNV.Sehr freundliches Personal. Im Preis inbegriffener Spa-Bereich ist sehr ansprechend. WLAN im Zimmer etas schwach und instabil.(Bereich Villa Azure EG)"
