Be careful with Daniel checkin. He said we did not pay for room with Expedia. He wanted cash leave in room. Checked Visa and Expedia. We had paid. Also we picked this place as it has Aircon. No Aircon

Leider nicht zu empfehlen - Doppelzimmer gebucht und in der Unterkunft heißt es "nein sie haben nur ein Einzelzimmer"! CheckIN Katastrophe- man hat Glück wenn man da ist und Restaurant offen ist sonst kommt man nicht rein in die Unterkunft. Nur Barzahlung möglich (steht auch vorher nirgends). Schlecht deutsch sprechendes Personal! Beschreibung passt definitiv nicht zu dem was man vor Ort vorfindet: keine Parkplätze / kein Frühstück etc. sollte definitiv überprüft werden

Zimmer Gut Rest Katastrophe

Leider kommt man beim Personal weder mit Deutsch noch mit Englisch weiter. Zimmerkarten haben nicht funktionieren. In der Nacht um 0 uhr nicht in sein Zimmer zu kommen und dann 30min zu warten bis einem geholfen wird ist Traurig. Morgens bei der Abreise war keiner da. Rechnung kommte also nicht bezahlt werden. Kam dann aber per Mail. Schade, weil die Zimmer sind echt voll in Ortung, aber keiner da der sich auskennt oder eine Europäische Sprache spricht.

Unfassbar

Wir hatten bereits früh in das Doppelzimmer eingecheckt, unsere Koffer ins Zimmer gebracht und unsere Wertsachen im Safe eingeschlossen. Zimmer sollte dann später geputzt werden, wir waren dann zu ACDC nach Hockenheim aufgebrochen. Kamen spät nachts ca. 1 Uhr zurück und unsere Zimmer Karte funktionierte nicht. Andere Gäste wurden zwischenzeitlich in unserem Zimmer untergebracht. Unsere Koffer entfernt, aber unsere Wertgegenstände waren noch immer dort im Safe eingeschlossen. Für uns hatte man kein Doppelzimmer, unsere Sachen wurden in einem Einzelzimmer hingestellt. Dort gab es keine Handtücher, wirklich gar keins. 1 Kopfkissen und eine Decke. Auch hier gab es auf Nachfrage nichts! Sehr hässlich wie hier mit Gästen umgegangen wird!

BITTE HIER NICHT BUCHEN!

Wir haben dieses Hotel bereits im März für das Wochenende 12-14.7. gebucht, da wir zu einem Fest in Leimen eingeladen waren. Kurzfristig buchten wir auf dem Weg noch eine extra Übernachtung vom 11.-12.7. Das Hotel haben wir gewählt, da es zentral in Leimen liegt und zudem Parkplätze und Frühstück lt Internet anbietet. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt , dass es weder Parkplätze noch Frühstück im Hotel gibt. Die erste Nacht hat uns eine freundliche Dame im Hotel ihren privaten Parkplatz in der Nähe angeboten. Uns wurde vom sehr schlecht Deutsch sprechenden Personal bestätigt, dass wir das selbe Zimmer während der 3 Tage behalten können, auch wenn es über 2 verschiedene Buchungen lief. Als wir heute nacht nach dem Fest in unser Zimmer kamen, waren alle unsere Sachen verschwunden und die Betten bereits neu bezogen für die nächsten Gäste. Im Restaurant fanden wir einen schlafenden Mitarbeiter, der aber weder Deutsch noch Englisch sprach, und erst noch 3 weitere Mitarbeiterinnen kontaktieren musste, die aber auch fast kein Deutsch sprachen oder verstanden. Unsere Sachen wurden in unserer Abwesenheit in einem kleinen Zimmer untergebracht , da wir angeblich keine Reservierung (trotz Bestätigung von Hotels.com) hatten und das Hotel voll ausgebucht war. Wir mussten mitten in der Nacht eine andere Unterkunft finden. Man kann in Deutschland kein Hotel unterhalten wenn man sich weder auf Deutsch noch auf Englisch verständigen kann und das Buchungssystem ebenfalls nicht kennt.

Das Lokal ist leider nicht mehr bewirtschaftet. Das Gespräch mit dem Besitzer des Hotels war sehr offen und freundlich. Wir können die Übernachtungsmöglichkeit sehr empfehlen.
