Es war sehr ruhig und alle angetroffenen Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war es sehr warm und das Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage, das war sehr schade. Außerdem hatte ich das Gefühl, dass die Matratze schon bessere Zeiten hatte. Ich meine einige Federn gefühlt zu haben.

Waren mit der Familie ( 4.Pers.) zu einem Wochenentrip vor Ort, Familienzimmer im 3.OG war groß, 2 Räume, es gab keine Klimaanlage (war aber auch noch nicht benötigt) Inneneinrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und könnte modernisiert werden.Personal an der Reception und im Frühstücksraum war nett und freundlich, leider war das Personal am späteren Abend im Restaurant nicht nicht so gastfreundlich als wir uns auf ein Getränk setzen wollten und haben uns auf die vollbesetzte Bar verwiesen oder den Drink auf dem Zimmer geniessen können, dies haben wir abglehnt, hier sollten die Mitarbeiter noch am serviceorientierten Handeln arbeiten, ansonsten waren wir auch mit dem reichhaltigen Frühstück zufrieden.

Fine considering the situation of the Euro games going on that day, but wifi was terrible and they only let 2 devices be connected at once. Also bathroom had bad sewage smell from the drain I think.

Hotel is in ok condition. Staff is nice, with the exception of one lady in restaurant, which is so rude and disrespectful on treatment of the guests. Rooms are a little old, not air condition available. In family rooms, they don’t offer queen beds for families, just offer two single beds and a very hard sofa bed. Parking is very convenient and secure. Restaurant is great, food is good.

A wonderful hotel

This is a very nice and updated hotel away from the city center. They have a wonderful buffet breakfast and an on site garage. The pleasant surprise was a complimentary tram ticket for the entire family so that we could get to the city center. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Gute Anbindung zu Innenstadt und Messe mit einem Hotelticket, das hat uns sehr gefreut. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut sowohl für Fleisch- als auch Nicht-Fleischesser.

Freundliches Personal Saubere Zimmer Garage vorhanden - Im Bad fehlen Haken und eine Stange zum Festhalten, da bei älteren Gästen sonst Ausrutschgefahr besteht - Wifi angeblich für 2 Benutzer, aber nur einer konnte sich anmelden; außerdem war es auf 72h begrenzt, obwohl wir die Unterkunft für 4 Tage gebucht hatten

Freundlich und sauber. Allerdings sind Duschvorhänge nicht mehr unbedingt zeitgemäß. Auch einen passenden Parkplatz in Hotelnähe zu finden ist nicht ganz einfach und die Tiefgarage mit 15 Euro pro Tag, für Hotelgäste, doch sehr teuer. In den Nachtstunden kann es das eine oder andere Mal doch mal lauter werden, von der Straße her. Preis für Übernachtung sind völlig ok.
