The description of the flat was misleading
The apartment is rather old and run down. It was very hot on the day when we checked in and the Landlord was kind enough to reimburse the cost of the fan that we went and purchased. The internet speed was lousy, so we did a digital detox :-) The bathroom has a tub with a shower curtain which could be replaced. Overall an OK stay.. The house needs maintenance.

Schöne Wohnung, relativ kleine Küche, aber alle anderen Räume waren schön groß. Das Bett war uns persönlich etwas zu hart. Internetprobleme die wir hatten, wurden schnell gelöst.

Alles vorhanden, was man braucht
Schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung mit guter Lage zur Straßenbahn. Vor dem Objekt konnten wir gut parken und die Check-in Anleitung war super. Wir fanden es nur etwas kalt, da es im Flur keinen Heizkörper gab. Aber das ist bei einer Altbauwohnung nicht zu ändern. :)

Urlaub im Gründerzeithaus
Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten bei der Wohnungssuche, falsche Straße markiert bei FeWo direkt und ohne Angabe Straße/Hausnummer durch die Vermieterin, welche aber telefonisch schnell zur Verfügung stand, hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einer top ausgestatteten FeWo im 1. OG. Infomaterial zur Umgebung vorhanden, teils etwas veraltet. Parkplatz im Hof und Fahrradstellplätze vorhanden. Sehr schöner Ausgangspunkt für Radfreunde, man ist schnell im Grünen. Das Zentrum ist über den Grüngürtel Auwald und entlang Straßen mit Gründerzeithäusern gut zu erreichen. Immer gerne wieder!

Genossen
Wir haben wieder genossen von unserem aufenthalt. Die wohnung liegt sehr günstig um mit ÖV und auto überall hin zu kommen. Alles ist auf laufabstand und für unsere Kinder atand viel spielzeug klar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Praktische Ferienwohnung
Insgesamt war die Ferienwohnung passend und sauber. Sie ist groß und gut eingerichtet und in der Nähe befindet sich eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Allerdings war die Wohnung während unseres Aufenthalts zu kühl, da die Heizköper z.T. nicht funktionierten bzw. nicht aufgedreht waren als wir ankamen (Außentemp. unter 0 Grad Celsius). Auch eine wärmere Bettdecke wäre für die Wintermonate angebracht.

Gute Wohnung, die den online Angaben entspricht. Zentrale Lage, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Mikrowelle wäre noch eine gute Ergänzung. Wir waren mit einem Kleinkind und hätten dessen Essen und die Milch einfacher aufwärmen können
