Der Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung war einfach nur ausgezeichnet! Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter verlief reibungslos und es wurde schnell und sehr professionell auf alle Rückfragen reagiert. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr ordentlich und der Check-In/Out Vorgang verlief reibungslos. Wärmstens zu empfehlen und ich freue mich auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

Das Beste ist aus unserer Sicht ist das man mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Min. im Grünen ist und dann km weit nur im Grünen fahren kann. Straßenbahn in die Stadt kommt alle 10 Minuten. Auch das ist sehr gut. Leipzig ist natürlich toll.

Im Rahmen einesBesuches beim Bachfest hiergewese. Alles ok , wenn man überwiegend in der Stadt unterwegs ist! Gute Anbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln!

Die Ausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise verschlissen. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten, wie Trinkgläser und ein großes Küchenmesser fehlen. Die Innenstadt ist 15 min mit der Straßenbahn entfernt, wirklich gute Anbindung. Die nähere Umgebung ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürdtig, Graffiti an der Hauswand und ein paar stark renovierungsbedürftig Häuser. Es war aber auch sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung an sich ist schön.

Alles top, ich habe nicht richtig erfasst, dass es nur ein abgeschlossenes Schlafzimmer gibt. Auf dem Ledersofa im Wohnraum kann 1 Person schlafen.

Ville passionnante. Quartier agréable. Immeuble calme. Logement propre. Cuisine extrêmement bien équipée. Attention, l'annonce dit 4 personnes mais les couchages sont pour deux adultes et deux enfants: le canapé esr dur et trop court pour un adulte.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und hell. Es gibt einen sehr schönen Balkon mit zwei Birken davor. Trotz großer Hitze draussen war es angenehm kühl. Coole Bäckerei und ein Lidl in etwa fünf Minuten Laufnähe. Der Stadtteil ist sehr interessant und abwechslungsreich, ein Nebeneinander von heruntergekommenen und chic renovierten Altbauten. Bus fast vor der Haustür ist in 15 Minuten am Hbf. Ebenfalls ca. 15 Minuten zur total lebhaften und vielfältigen Karl-Heinestraße

Die Lage ist gut. Man erreicht das Zentrum zu Fuß in etwa 45 Minuten. Nicht weit gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Bistros. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war einwandfrei. Die Unterkunft ist räumlich ok, konnte aber etwas sauberer sein.

...ist Leipzig sowieso und mit dieser Wohnung als "Basis " für Erkundungsausflüge kann nichts schiefgehen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht, das Bett ist bequem, die Schlafcouch ok... die Lage super, Parkplatz im Hof oder an der Straße, 3! Bäcker in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, 2 Supermärkte ebenso, Kiosk und Straßenbahnhaltestelle um die Ecke, in 15 Minuten ist man in der City, dieser Urlaub hat bei meiner Tochter und mir keine Wünsche offen gelassen:-).

Nach Ankunft und öffnen der Wohnungstüre (gegen 16Uhr) mussten wir feststellen dass diese nicht gereinigt war. Bad und Toilette war total verschmutzt. Bettwäsche lag vom Vormieter noch auf dem Boden im Schlafzimmer. Wir haben dann sofort die Vermieterin kontaktiert und sie hat uns mitgeteilt dass wohl etwas "schief" gelaufen sei und die Reinigungskraft wohl die falsche Wohnung gereinigt hat. So etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Weitere Mängel als Aufzählung weil das sonst hier ein Roman werden würde: - Dusche: Komplette Halterung der Brause defekt, fällt ständig in die Badewanne - Waschbecken: Abfluss total verstopft, wurde notdürftig durch Hausmeister repariert, danach stand ein Eimer unter dem Becken da es undicht war. - Wohnung insgesamt schmutzig, auf dem Balkon alles voller Dreck und Staub, hier wurde nie gewischt, und, und, und. Konnten leider nichts positives an der Wohnung finden. Also insgesamt definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!!

Wir würden diese Wohnung nicht wieder buchen und nicht empfehlen. Sie war ungepflegt und auch kein bisschen wohnlich. Zum Glück hatten wir nur zwei Übernachtungen. Nie wieder!!!!

Wohnung ist sehr schön, an manchen Ecken müsste aber mal nachgebessert werden. Überlauf an der Spüle ist verstopft, im Bad läuft am Waschbecken kaum warmes Wasser. Küchenschränke zum Teil innen schmutzig. Wir würden aber gerne wieder hinfahren.

Alles in allem super Ablauf. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Ein Parkplatz im Hof war auch vorhanden. Gerne wieder.

We arrived last night on Saturday. On Sunday morning, after looking around we realized that the place was not cleaned at all and most probably for a long period of time. There was dirt all over the floor. All window drapes had dust and dirt on them. I had to clear it myself on our first day there. Owner promised to return the cleaning payment but that did not happen for strange claim that we did not clean up the place ourselves. Except for an old vacuum cleaner and a couple of wipes there was no tools for cleaning. We did as much as possible with paper towels that I had to purchase myself. We washed all the dishes and wiped as much as we could. Considering we pay the cleaning fees and travel with two little kids it was a substatial effort already. The neighbors on the first morning also threatened us with police for the noise during our move in. That sensitivity has to be noted in the ad for the apartment. We did not run any loud music and did play indoors but the kids will be naturally loud after half a day long trip. The last big item was a terrible, often dead WiFi connection. It was never fixed during our week long stay at the apartment. We do not recommend the place.

Küchenregal schmutzig, Mülleimer noch mit Resten vom Vorgänger,kein Müllbeutel,gefaltete Papiertaube hinter der Tür zeugt vom nicht putzen. Man muss auch die gemietete Bettwäsche selber auf- bzw.abziehen. Die Lage ist gut, Quarterback Arena, Red Bull Stadion gut erreichbar,ebenso viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe.

Schöne, saubere Wohnung, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, Einkaufsmöglichkeit&Straßenbahn 5min fußläufig.
