Top-Lage, ansonsten für den Preis enttäuschend

Plus- Lage: Bhf, Innenstadt und ÖPNV gut zu Fuß erreichbar- Wohnung apart, groß(zügig), prinzipiell gut ausgestattet- Vermieter antwortet auf Nachrichten meist schnell, allerdings bisweilen mit wenig hilfreichen Standardantworten, dass man sich des Anliegens bald annehme.- unkompliziertes Check-In (Info dazu am Tag der Anreise)- Wohnzimmer etwas staubig, aber sonst war Wohnung sauberMinus- Duschtür schließt nicht richtig, Wasser fließt ganz langsam ab, folglich stand nach einer kurzen Dusche bereits das Bad unter Wasser- WLAN funktioniert nicht.- Im Wo-Zi gibt es einen Erker mit drei Fenstern. Eins lässt sich per Rollo verdunkeln, beim zweiten ist es zu kurz, beim dritten fehlt es ganz. Daher lässt sich das 2. Schlafzimmer nicht verdunkeln. In der Küche ist eines von zwei Rollos kaputt, so dass man es nicht hochziehen kann.- E-Mail mit Infos zum Check-in etc. wurde am Tag der Anreise verschickt. Option zum late-check-out war dann schon nicht mehr buchbar (40h im Voraus).- Wunsch nach Kulanz beim late-check-out dafür, dass wir weder Dusche noch WLAN nutzen konnten, wurde nicht stattgegeben.- keine Öffnung der Tür via Gegensprechanlage- Ansonsten der heutzutage aber auch andernorts übliche Verzicht auf Details wie etwa hinreichend Haken für Handtücher im Bad oder eine nicht schließende KüchentürSonstiges:- Bilder im Internet sind Beispielbilder aus verschiedenen Wohnungen.- etwas laut (Verkehrslärm), was aber auch der guten Lage geschuldet ist
