Our experience at the NH was great. The room was well designed, clean, and the wireless reliable. The fitness center was also good for a European hotel. Lastly, the property was a few blocks from the busy main square and just a 15-minute walk from the main train station

I had stayed at the Centrum about 2 years ago and was glad I could return, for all the reasons mentioned above. I was attending the Bach Festival and I believe it is the ideal location. My interaction with staff was mostly through the people working on the breakfast, which I found to be welcoming and helpful. Everything was super clean and the price was wonderfully competitive.

The staff was excellent throughout. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and the bed was comfortable. I loved having advance choice between a tub-shower and a walk-in shower (during early online check-in). I generally dislike tub-showers because they seem slippery and awkward, and therefore potentially dangerous.

This was our first time in Leipzig, and the hotel's location was perfect—right in the heart of the city, with parking conveniently close by. Despite the central location, it was incredibly quiet, which made for a peaceful stay. The staff were amazing—super friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our suite was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home, which is very important when traveling with a child. The breakfast was a highlight! There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Leipzig!
