Warm welcome and fast and professional check-in. Electronic car charging on site with easy access. Breakfast was very good with much variety and friendly staff. Hotel is slightly dated but well located for easy access to most sights on foot.

Overall nice, but wear and tear was starting to show in some places. Bathroom in the hallway was a surprise but not an issue when when staying with your partner. Had it been a co-worker it could have been a bit awkward. Great staff!

Very disappointing Radisson Blu experience

Notified them about late arrival and travelling with small child and they answered great all is fine... When arrival came their parking was full and they redirected is to nearby public parking where the entrance was blocked off from roadworks. And you had to online check-in through a webpage. Struggling to find other entrance and then had to carry all luggage and 3 year old over a large city square at 11:30 because the parking took ekstra 25 minutes. Had requested room with double bed but got two singles. No way to control temperature so it was freezing. Stains on the carpet and broken cupboard to where there once was a fridge. Wrote them again but they ignored it and never answered. This was by far my worst experience on a Radisson Blu Hotel ever and I have tried many through the years before.

Worst experience I ever had. They charged deposit two times and at check out they want me to pay 2 times as well. I can document I paid already but they wanted another payment. Now I haven’t got receipt for the stay which I need. I am never going to set my foot there again

Ich war bereits vor einigen Jahren in dem Hotel und wollte aufgrund der guten Erfahrungen nun wieder dort übernachten. Leider war es mehr als enttäuschend, Rezeption war nicht wirklich Service orientiert. Unsere Außen-Jalousien hing am seidenen Faden. Unsere Meldung wurde mit wir melden es den Hausmeister abgetan, bis wir auscheckten war dieser nicht gesichtet. Die Duschwand war komplett verkalkt und das Bad insgesamt sehr dreckig (Haare, Staub, Schmutz). Hervorheben möchte ich den unglaublich tollen Service in der Lounge. Tolles Personal!

Wir waren für zwei Nächte im Radisson Blu. Die Lage ist perfekt - in ca. 2 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt, in ca. 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Mehrere Tram-Linien halten direkt vor dem Hotel. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Unser Doppelzimmer war riesig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Beim Bezug des Zimmers war alles sauber und ordentlich - doch leider gibt es standardmäßig nur noch alle 3 Tage eine Zimmerreinigung. Natürlich müssen die Handtücher nicht jeden Tag gewechselt werden. Aber für den Zimmerpreis wäre es angemessen, wenn zumindest täglich das Bett gemacht und einmal durch das Bad gewischt wird. Das Zimmer war im 6. Stock und sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war toll - eine riesige Auswahl an warmen und kalten Speisen und nettes Service-Personal! Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Solides Hotel mit Verbesserungspotential Das Hotel bietet insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Bereich der Mittelklasse. Das Frühstück ist akzeptabel, wenn auch ohne besondere Highlights. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das freundliche Upgrade, das wir erhalten haben – eine nette Geste, die wir sehr geschätzt haben. Leider war die Mischbatterie in unserer Dusche defekt, sodass ein angenehmes Duschen kaum möglich war: Es ließ sich nur zwischen sehr heißem oder sehr kaltem Wasser wählen. Ein technisches Problem, das den Komfort deutlich beeinträchtigt hat. Beim Frühstück wäre ein wenig mehr Rücksichtnahme seitens einiger Gäste wünschenswert. Kleidung wie Badelatschen oder Sporttrikots wirken im Frühstücksraum unangemessen. Ein diskreter Hinweis – etwa im Aufzug oder auf dem Zimmer – könnte hier bereits für mehr Aufmerksamkeit und ein angenehmeres Ambiente sorgen.

Checkin: Alle Gäste werden auf 15 Uhr vertröstet, selbst 14:45 Uhr -> dadurch 15 Uhr wahnsinnige schlangen von Leute. Unsauberes Zimmer. Abfluss lief nicht ab, Hausmeister kam hat gesagt geht... beim Duschen lief die ganze Duschwanne voll. unfreundliches PErsonal beim Checkin... Frühstück überlaufen voll, wieder Schlange stehen Unterkunft max 3 Sterne... hat nichts mehr wie frühe rmit 4 Sterne zu tun.

wir haben schon mehrmals bei ihnen gewohnt; heute ist mir aber was negatives aufgefallen, welches ich ihnen sofort melden wollte. wir waren heute früh beim frühstück und haben fast keinen platz gefunden. auffallend war, dass in dem hinteren raum alles reserviert war. ok- das war vielleicht eine reisegruppe. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Parkgebühr könnte aus meiner Sicht etwas günstiger sein – bei einem anderen Hotel wurde uns diese sogar als Kulanz kostenlos erlassen, was ein netter Service war.
