The only negative was a lack of easily accessible info to explain the facilities, I know its high tech, all done by app and whats app. But it really would br fine to have a laminated style info sheet explaining cleaning (1 in 7 days for studio) and where additional items are kept (above the lockers downstairs) otherwise you get tech phobic old duffers thinking its one towel for 7 days or 1 dishwasher tablet etc etc. Because therir really isntclear info re these things on the app.
Otherwise v comfy. V clean and a broken item from arrival was replaced yhe next day with a minimum of fuss."
