"It was a lovely, clean house with everything one could need. The owner was always quick to respond to any questions I had. Outside of the city, so you will definitely need a car. But Caldas da Rainha and Óbidos are a conveniently nearby. It also has a spacious, well fenced yard that kept my escape artist dog safe. I highly recommend it."

"The house is directly in the nature. It is in a valley, so you should have some driving skills, since the driveway is pretty steep. Around the house you will find your "garden". It is really big, so you will need about half an hour to walk around everything. There even is a little creek, so you can cool your feet. At the property there live a small cute and cosy cat, sheep and 2 big dogs (they are very nice and happy to have visitors). It is calming to have the dogs around, since in the night...

"We felt very well taken care of with Susana. The home was clean, inviting, and well stocked with anything that might be needed for an 8-day stay. The refrigerator and pantry even had basics to get us started...much appreciated. Although we weren't quite prepared for how cool it was, there were plenty of lush, warm blankets and excellent heater for cool nights and rainy days. The spacious patio was a delight to enjoy cozy conversations, al fresco lunches, and winding down at the end of a day....
