"A beautiful complex, in a truly stunning area of the Basque Country. The staff are great. Maria Vitorica spoke excellent English and was very helpful. "It's basic - you get what you pay for - but adequate. Situated a little bit out of things but a 10 minute walk to the small beach and two restaurants. A number 39 bus nearby to get into town, but not on a Sunday. 45 minute walk to town. Helpful staff but reception only open part time. For value for money we can recommend. "

Pas de solution apportée par l’équipe de l’hôtel, le fait de dire nous sommes désolés et des excuses n’apporte pas de solution et rend irritable le temps des vacances. Les vacances ont un coût, en payant un 4 étoiles nous n’imaginions pas avoir ce genre de soucis. Voyageant beaucoup dans l’année, je peux vous dire que cet établissement ne mérite pas 4 étoiles."
