"Very average overall. The hotel and location are good, but the service was inattentive with long waits, particularly at the bar and again at breakfast where there was confusion with orders and delays in being served. There was a general lack of engagement from staff. The food offering was functional but unremarkable. I did not dine in the Michelin-starred restaurant. As a five-star property, charging a high rate for EV charging felt unreasonable. I would not consider this a standout or particularly recommendable stay."

"This hotel is Awesome. The staff from top to bottom were the best. Location, rooms, food and of course drinks top notch. Highly recommend. Cheers to all the hotel staff."
