Good but not Paradise
Fine facilities (pool, lounge, out-door seatings) and a very good restaurant for breakfast and especiallly dinner. However, this is not a central location and a bit pretentious by claiming this to be paradise. The atmosphere was very formal. WiFi did not work in the rooms and was even very slow in the lounge - simply not good enough.

Toller alter gepflegter Gutshof mit Charme. Frühstück war gut und es gab auf Nachfrage glutenfreie Brötchen! Umgebung zum spazieren sehr schön, mit dem Fahrrad in unmittelbarer Umgebung schwierig

Die äussere Hotelanlage ist wunderschön, Blumen werden überall liebevoll gepflegt. Unser Apartment war mit den notwendigsten Möbeln aus dem Ikea-Programm ausgestattet. Die Küche war gut bestückt und die Geräte alle funktionsfähig. Der Ausblick vom Balkon in die umgebende Natur war herrlich, das Bad war modern und sauber. Insgesamt lag aber überall viel Staub und tote Insekten, das hat uns sehr gestört. Es wird offensichtlich nur das Nötigste gereinigt. Beim Frühstück musste man oft nachfragen, damit die Speisen am Buffet nachgefüllt wurden. Angebot war Standard. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich, aber überfordert. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass die nötige Wertschätzung und Führung des Hotelbesitzers für die Leistung der Mitarbeiter fehlt. In gehobenen Hotels, wie dieses eines sein möchte, lässt sich der Manager bzw. Besitzer immer mal bei den Gästen sehen und erkundigt sich.
