I was bitten by mosquitoes and the bed was uncomfortable Had to struggle to get towels for two people despite my booking saying so it is for two people. The hotel needs to train it's staff so it can meet up with the potential which the potential. "

"First, I was embarrassed when the hotel claimed they had no dealings or contact with Hotels.com. I told them I had paid with my Visa debit card but they refused. Because it was late, I had to pay cash again. I have receipts. Hotels.com will do well not to charge my card. The service was poor as the generator did not come on or at best epileptic. The place is just substandard for the price and location"
