"A great flat that has been thoughtfully and generously equipped. It’s really helpful in St Ives to have a garage. We were tempted to spend hours gazing out of the bedroom or living room windows at the spectacular view of the beach and sea. After a while you become completely tuned to the state of the tide and the height of the waves. "We had a lovely double aspect view of the sea and St Ives from our spacious hotel room with queen bed, the outdoor swimming pool was very clean. The grounds with flowers and trees were well tended and extensive. Plenty of fruit and cereals if you did not want a fried breakfast, but only sliced bread or small croissants, one type of mild cheese or ham. Also no fridge or water in the room."
