"Nothing could really prepare an older person for the steep return from the beach. The property could benefit from a hand held vacuum cleaner. There were issues in turn with the three bathrooms which could have been dealt with sooner. On a short stay (9 days) response must be quick and efficient. All in all we had a happy experience. Just remember older guests need to be fit for their age."

The location of the property is perfect for a beach holiday.Tate St Ives is right on the doorstep and the Barbara Hepworth Museum is a short walk away. Everything St Ives has to offer is a short walk from the house, including fabulous bakeries shops and restaurants. "

"Great little house for a week in St Ives. Nice central location and close to Co-op for essential items. Well equipped kitchen. Not a problem for us but stairs very steep so probably not great if you have mobility issues.We had a lovely holiday."

Only downfall the fridge didn’t appear to have a freezer compartment as stated in the description.Overall, a wonderful stay in St Ives and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. "
