"Good hotel for affordable price "

"Lets give a shout out to Lolli! Lolli needs to be the manager for this establishment. She greets every person with a genuine smile and "Good Morning". The HOT breakfast that she makes is so delicious. She puts her heart and soul in her job and the people she comes in contact with. It was a delight to see her every morning. Housekeeping rarely left supplies like coffee pods or filled up bathroom dispensers. Hot tub was out of order. Front desk help was friendly...our room key worked sometimes, so if it didnt, you had to go back downstairs to get it programmed. Hotel is conveniently located to an HEB and lots of eating establishments along with other businesses. We stayed for two weeks at this hotel and it appeared to be the best one in this small town. Hopefully you get to experience Lolli, she is definitely a Rock Star! "

"I have been an Embassy Suites guest for many years and have stayed many times all over the U.S. and I keep getting disappointed. For the amount of money that was asked for a nightly stay, it should have been a nicer stay for the type of property advertised. The manager's reception didn't allow for margarita's. There were no type of snacks put out. It was so cold in the lobby we had to go outside to try to keep warm. The lounge furniture outside was too dirty and dusty to even sit on. Then I woke up to ants all on the counter and crawling up the wall. The hand soap smelled awful. The carpet was frayed as well. "

"Ac was not cold enough, 24 gym had all equipment out of order, elevators were out of order and there was gunshots outside "

"The parking lot was pretty much full with big trucks and cones that made driving hard and parking even harder. The lady that checked me in seemed mad and never smiled. She would look at her screen and ask me questions while facing away from me. That made it hard to hear and upset her. The room looked old and kinda smelled. The couch cushions were looked so old and over used. I didn't want to sit on it. The sheets were not clean which was given away by their odor. The bathroom only had a half used roll of tp and the shower was dripping water and had obvious mold. I'm never staying there again. "
