"The house is spacious, comfortable, well decorated and very well equipped. It has a large beautiful garden, ideal for children's games. We were made very welcome by the family. The area has a lot to offer, particularly beautiful picturesque Enkhuisen."

"Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos abgebildet mit allem was man braucht. Allerdings war es für unsere Bedürfnisse nicht geeignet. Wir 3 Erwachsene 67-73 Jahre war es sehr schwierig die steile Treppe zu den Schlafzimmern hinaufzugehen. Wenn man körperlich beeinträchtigt ist sehr schwierig. Der Garten ist super schön und sehr groß, eignet sich für Familie/ Kinder/ Hunde. Es war schade, dass man in der Anlage nichts kaufen konnte (Brötchen usw.). Zum Einkaufen sind wir nach Lemmer ca. 9,5km gefahren...

"This quiet back-water close to the town of Makkum makes an ideal base for chilling out and communing with nature. For the bird-lover the area teems with wildfowl. We heard a Bittern. We used the spacious accommodation as a base for cycling and were not disappointed. The hosts were kind and considerate. Home-produce was available from this small-holding."

"The owner of this property must use google translator as most of the messages he sent me made no sense. This then made it difficult to understand the check in process. Thank goodness the kind lady at the registration office clarified things for me. I understood that towels/tea towels would be included with the linens, but there was an extra fee for these items. Just a note for mobility challenged guests, the stairs are very steep and narrow."

"Schöne Anlage, um ein paar ruhige Tage zu verbringen. Die Ferienwohnung ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte hier und da mal renoviert werden. Sie ist dennoch gemütlich und man hat alles was man braucht, außer Geschirrspüler und Backofen. Kurze Wege zum Meer und Hundestrand und man kann lange Spaziergänge am Wasser machen."

"Nice overall. 3 bedroom and has all amenities. Was here long term for 2 months. Had a very pleasant stay. Would of liked a little more comfortable mattress for long term stay. Perfect for a vacation rental. Area is very nice and not to far from town. Would stay there again if i came back. Lots of owls in the evenings which was very cool. Every day they show up, so it was neat yo see."

"I stayed here for 6 nights with my wife and we really enjoyed it. The town is very quiet but it's a short drive to cities like Leeuwarden and Harlingen for activities. There is a grocery store in the next town over so it's a quick drive or bike ride if you need to pick up anything. Two bicycles are provided for use so I would hop on after dinner and explore the beautiful countryside. The property is spacious for two adults and very clean and comfortable. "Erholsam. Sehr saubere kleine Wohnung. Wir waren allerdings froh, das wir nur zu zweit (plus 2 Hunde) waren. Es ist alles sehr durchdacht, aber auch eng konzipert. Schöne Spaziergänge am nahen Isselmeer gemacht. Leider war das Wetter während unseres Aufenthaltes eher nass und windig. Wir konnten daher nicht so viel unternehmen wie wir gerne gemacht hätten."

"Sehr schöner, liebevoll eingerichteter und mit allem ausgestatteter Bungalow. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch wenn das Wetter nicht mitgespielt hat. Der Pelletofen hat Wärme gespendet, das riesige Bett, mit den super bequemen Matratzen war ein Traum. Der schöne Garten mit den vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, die ruhige Lage am Rande des Parks, sowie die Nähe zum Meer, zur Stadt Lemmer, mit den vielen Lokalitäten direkt am Wasser und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten runden das Ambiente ab. Zur Begrüßung...

"Der Aufenthalt war durch die angrenzende Fabrik nachts sehr laut und für 200 Euro die Nacht, hätten wir uns einen sauberen Außenbereich gewünscht. Sonst war alles Tipptopp! Unsere Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, aber Hilfe kam innerhalb 10 min. Sehr guter service!"
