"The location is excellent. It's close by to the light rail station and bus stop. It's also close to the beach! Plenty of dining option nearby. The facilities are also great. I especially like the lounge area. Most importantly, I feel safe staying there as a solo female traveller. Feedback: The pillow case and the blanket in my single room has stains on them. "

"Took my kids here and they loved it , staff really friendly so was the pet dog. For the price you can’t complain, location is perfect for all the activities in the area , close enough to the city for a shopping trip"

"Hotel is in a great location, across from the water, with great pubs, cafes and restaurants in walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was neat and the bed was very comfortable, but the lounge area was not as inviting. The bathrooms and rooms are a little aged. Was expecting a little more modern for the price and brand."

"One-night of a road trip. Hotel close to the harbour and they let us park there while on dolphin trip in the morning. Convenient for shopping, had everything we needed and friendly and helpful staff."
