" I booked a room in A.A. Lodge Amboseli Amboseli, Kajiado County, Kenya, through the online hotel.com service on February 23 and paid $ 177 for 1 day through a visa card. When I arrived in A.A. Lodge Amboseli, the hotel administrator did not meet me warmly, suspecting that I really paid for the stay? How will I prove it? When I showed the confirmation from hotels.com from my email, he stated that hotels.com had not yet transferred the money to their account, so I have to pay in cash now ......

"It's impossible to find anything negative to say about Tawi Lodge. Perhaps one thing: we only had two days to enjoy it. Everything about the lodge was perfect: delicious food, friendly and helpful staff, perfect surroundings, and spacious accommodations with impressive views of Kilimanjaro. After a magnificent game drive, relaxing by the wood fire with a delicious cocktail and watching the animals come to drink at the waterhole—what more could you ask for? "

"Extemely angry at our treatment at this hotel. Would recomend avoiding at all costs. We did not want food during our stay and brought are own however the staff made food anyway and guilt tripped us into eating it. We then asked for costs or prices and were told the food was free and inclusive to our stay. Sadly this was a complete a lie and at checkout they tried to charge us 25 pounds a person for each meal. But the camp itself was very run down and showers and general facilities disappointing. The blame for this has to be with the owners of the camp who have failed to spend money on decent facilities.
