I've stayed at this hotel many times and never once been disappointed. The staff are always very friendly and personable. The entire place is very clean and well taken care of. The rooms are very clean, and the thermostat keeps the room at whatever temperature that you like. It's my #1 preferred hotel in Lenoir, NC.

This hotel is, in my opinion, the best hotel in Lenoir. The staff are very friendly, and the hotel is clean and safe. Breakfast offers several varieties and options.

The room was pretty clean and nicely laid out. I had stayed with my 5 month old and 2 year old. During the evening it seems whomever was above my floor was very loud all the way till about 4 am hotel staff was made aware since it kept waking up my kids. Nothing seemed to be resolved and hotel staff even made me aware that this was not the first time to hear of this complaint from that room but again nothing was resolved and for staying here to try and rest before traveling back home definitively makes it hard to wanna stay here ever again.

Sunday morning was noisy with doors slamming shut as people were leaving to probably go check out. I loved the fact the doors did lock automatically. A little inconvenience of only one elevator working. Over all I’d give it an A.

Works for a weekend away

Check in was easy. Front desk lady was quick. However 2nd/3rd evening, front desk lady was rude. Made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Sat in a side chair in the lobby, scrolled her phone, and rolled her eyes when we asked a question or needed anything. Room was nice and air got cold! Bed not the most comfortable. Water pressure was great! Not enough towels in room, asked for more. Breakfast was good (eggs not so much, lol). Lady working was super friendly and helpful! Parking was easy and felt safe. Property backs up to a golf course. Close to stores and food.

The staff there is among the friendliest and helpful of any I've encountered. The room was comfortable. My kids loved the pool. We also utilized the common area when we had a few guests come visit. We'll be back.
