"Incredible, warm service and beautiful breakfasts with homemade ingredients, and lovely dinners (with the half board option) made this a memorable stay. Ingrid and Michael (owners/managers?) and the head housekeeper Slady each went out of their way to be friendly and welcoming. The gingham duvets and pillow cases were charming, but the towels, oddly, were a bit threadbare."

"It started off great as they upgraded us to a bigger room. We paid through Expedia and we’re only supposed to pay a minimal amount at the property. The site also says breakfast included. At checkout, they wanted paid for two days of breakfast although we only ate once and they wanted full amount of stay even though we paid via Expedia. Language barrier we paid but am now disputing through credit card. Wouldn’t stay there again. The host (male) was super nice. The lady (host) was angry...

"It was a beautiful little place ran by the family. The view from the balcony was absolutely breath taking. Breakfast nice. They even brought us freshly made coffee in our room upon request. Host explained and gave tips about traveling in the area. The places she suggested was spectacular. We were very happy as we didn't have big plans. I would like to come back 😁 Highly recommended."

Restaurant was under construction and there was no access to the outdoor seating area, which was a bummer but not the end of the world. Super safe hotel. All the facilities were there to make breakfasts & dinner. Great location, literally a 3 minute walk to the City Express Gondola, where you can leave your rental skis in the depot and your ski boots in a 3 Euro/day boot locker. "The property is accurately described and the apartment is furnished with everything that is needed for an extended stay. It is an easy walk down the hill to Ellmau from the apartment. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again. Highly recommended!"

"This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It was perfect. It is an easy walk through the pedestrian free zone. The location is perfect. The bus stop is just a block away. The lake is two blocks away. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast room was large and very pleasant. The food was abundant and offered many choices. The check in was easy and the front desk people were very friendly and offered many suggestions regarding activities and sights to see. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in Zelle am See again. It was such a great value. "
