"We were pleasantly surprised at how nice and big this place was. In addition to the good sized bedrooms there was a very large sitting area and a very well appointed kitchen. The place was spotless. The decor was plain but nice and we were fine with it. Location is great, just off Pleasant Street (a major artery) and close to everything downtown."

"The rental in located in downtown Milford, a small quaint New England town with well kept nicely lanscaped late 19th and early 20th century homes. It is very close to restaurants. We chose Grill 603 and Asanm for dinner. Both were very satisfactory but Ansam was Haitian, delightfully different! Saturday morning we breakfasted at the Cafe on the Oval which also earns our recommendation. We will likely stay here again."

"Everything was very neat and check-in was easy because the instructions from the owner were so clear. There was a tad bit of noise from either a neighbor or the owner (space is attached to a home and share a wall) one evening and a bit of an odd smell the whole time. Not bad but not pleasant either. Like long after you’ve cooked something and a scent remains but no longer smells like food or maybe like the smell of a puppy that’s just come in from outside. Nothing that should keep anyone away...

"While the property is fine and in a good location, there are some major drawbacks that I must warn about. I messaged the host for two days before she responded with check-in details just a few hours before we arrived. Once there, the door code did not work and it took myself and two VRBO employees 45 minutes to get in contact with the property manager. VRBO said they called 3 different numbers and then gave me a number to text on top of that before we were able to get in touch with her. The...
