"Just perfect for us. Impressive grand staircase and a beautiful display of gorgeous smelling flowers were the first things to hit the senses. We came into contact with 2 members of the reception staff who were so friendly and seemed genuinely interested in us as a family group. We were there with my elderly parents who were equally impressed with the staff helpfulness. The 2 barmen were also pleasant and friendly. We were attracted to the hotel as it was city centre with its own parking. Room was spacious and clean with tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. We’d intended using the pool/gym but we didn’t get around to it as there was so much to do out and about. I can 100% recommend this hotel."

The pool was wonderful on a hot day. Plenty of beds in the morning and a great escape to the air conditioning in the afternoon. Nicest bunch of people made this a great stay. We stayed in one of the Garden rooms which was perfect in every way with thoughtful details, such as a torch to walk back with after dinner, and fresh milk in our fridge for tea/coffee. What really impressed was the service we received from the staff. Even though the bar and restaurant were busy, the manager and his brilliant young team looked after us so well . We will definitely return! "
