New apartment, bright, very spacious and spacious, has 85 meters distributed in two double rooms and one single, two bathrooms (one en suite), large living room and fully equipped kitchen. New building with elevator from the parking lot to the door of the apartment. The neighborhood has all the services (pharmacy, supermarkets, etc.) and is close to the historic center (10 minutes walking) and also to the MUSAC (Museum of Contemporary Art of León) and the Convent of San Marcos. Ideal location to know the main monuments of León without moving the car. Parking 12€/ day
