The hotel’s location is terrific. The room was terrific. Sylvia, the receptionist, was very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately the area around the main plaza is run down and a bit unkept and dirty. The hotel is well located to the main attractions; Casa Botines and the Cathedral.

We had a very enjoyable 4 night stay at the hotel. Lovely comfortable, clean room and convenient location for sightseeing in Leon. Plenty of restaurants and bars close by. A lovely hotel on the Plaza Mayor. Our room was in the new wing, and it was very very nice. The plaza is undergoing work, so the location wasn’t as nice as when my wife’s sister stayed recently, but it’s close to everything, so no biggy.
