Security guys mandatory to check-in in the garage place (not easy to find because no inscription). Very peaceful the night even sounds from Quinta Avenida. We do not hear any loud music. Others people peaceful. Great place. Our best quality/price until now in Playa del Carmen. "

"We had a lovely stay at Jeremy’s property. The location can’t be beat, steps from the beach & an easy walk to the plaza in town. You can either walk to the main plaza on the beachside, which has beach clubs along the way, or the street side which, within a couple blocks you’re at restaurants & shops.
