Hotel was near a business park so it was quiet and safe with little traffic nearby. Food & entertainment options nearby. Hotel was on good shape and beds were comfortable."

"Rooms are large and clean, parking was limited but they had softball and lacrosse teams. I didn’t eat the breakfast because it was out of quite a few things. I would stay again, but at a much lower room rate. I believe the rate was inflated due to the Luke Combs concert in Ames. "

"Room was not clean. Shower was nasty. Bathroom door was splintered on the bottom with no lock. Toilet was so small and short, it was hard to even get up from. Tv remote was broken. Direct tv package was barely a service. Most channels were not available. Breakfast was bad. Sloppy scrambled eggs..runny gravey and sausage linka that tasted terrible."
