"The hotel have cockroach infestations. My hotel room had lots of roaches. The one lady at the breakfast serving was rude and unwilling to help. They had drinks in the room which they never mentioned to us was for purchase and my kid touched them and it was billed to us by forced. Also we booked this hotel so my kid can swim just to be sent by staff to the pool that they know is not functional. My kid was crying there dissapointed that we were not told pool was broken. "

Le lendemain a mon réveil pas d’électricité alors mon téléphone est resté à 10% de charge ce qui n'est pas admissible pour un professionnel en déplacement. "They refused to acknowledge i had already paid for the hotel, then charged me mich more than the rate advertised. The water only works part of the time. All rooms comnect straight to the lobby, so there is very little privacy. The building looks nothing like the pics and is bombed out.
