"The hotel is convenient to restaurants and shopping. Parking is tight, but we were able to find a spot on the street. We walked to the train station to take the train to Cinque Terre. The morning breakfast is lovely, and the staff at reception is very accommodating. This is a great little hotel!"
The Vernazza Suites in Cinque Terre

"We stayed in room 3, which did not have a proper door. It was more like a sliding door with tainted windows, so sound and light travelled a lot from the hallway. One night other people that were staying at the Vernazza Apartments came in around 2 am and were pretty loud, even knocking on our door and wanting to open our apartment! The apartment was clean, however we only had one roll of toilet paper and a tiny bar of soap. There were no refills as there is no human being to contact with, only a What's App chat bot. Lots of steep steps to go up so keep that in mind. I would probably try to get another apartment that has views of the ocean if I return to Vernazza."

"Very nice location, close to town and a short taxi to the train station. Parking was a problem, but we eventually found a spot. The perfect place to stay if you plan to have an all day adventure in Cinque Terre. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was convenient and nice! We had a nice view of the water, although smaller than was advertised."

"L'emplacement est magnifique, loin des regards, une vue exceptionnelle. Les déjeuners "maison" sont de bonnes qualité. Les seuls "hic" sont la distance avec le village de Vernazza et l'accès. Le transport en commun de soir est à 19:00, donc pas de marge de manoeuvre. L'hôtel devrait donner plus de détails sur le transport et l'accès. Sentier pédestre assez difficile pour accéder au village, mais vue imprenable. Chambre petite. Les proprios sont très gentils et serviables. Belle expérience."

"Super buffet déjeuner! Le plus complet que nous avons vu durant notre voyage. Le spa (inclu) et les deux piscines sont magnifiques et propres. Très bel hôtel avec personnel accueillant et serviable. Notre coup de cœur!!"

"staff at reception not too informative. At the time of my stay the pool access was restricted to entry via shower. So in theory it was not possible to leave your belongings on the pool side unless getting wet. Crafty guests would remove the restricting barrier and enter the pool side. Same goes for apparently compulsory swimming cap that needs to be purchased at the reception for 4 Euro. As pool is unattended and unchecked anybody can get in without the cap."

"A clean quiet room. A beautiful hotel with high ceilings and marble stair ways. Not close to amenities, 5-10 minute drive. The hotel lacks a sign outside."

"Loved this property. So quiet and peaceful. Staff was lovely and very helpful. They recommended everything we needed to know about touring the area. They gave us a parking pass for the train station and recommended a good grocery store"
